Oster preschool educational institution №1 «Helen" - upgraded old equipment and created a comfortable stay preschool children in winter
In targeted assistance we take into account the following rules which will ensure maximum efficiency:
  • Every treatment is carefully considered by the expert advice. All alternative foundationing sources and ways to effectively address the problem are studied.
  • Assistance is directed only to the specific needs of the beneficiaries.
  • Cash assistance is not passed into the hands of the beneficiaries. The Foundation may pay only certain accounts under your request, according to the application for direct assistance.
