From Theory to Practice of Charity at the BlagoLunch Project

On July 31, 2014 at the President Hotel, was held the fourth meeting of the BlagoLunch project that is a single monthly discussion platform on social issues in Ukraine.

The team of the Good Deeds Charity Foundation could not stay aside of the current events in the country and decided to change the subject of the meeting, focusing attention of the guests on the question of provision of assistance to the victims of the non-peaceful events in eastern Ukraine.

Opened the session a member of the Board of the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation, who presented to everyone a unique project – Assistance Centre Love and Mercy.

This center was created to coordinate activities while providing assistance to victims and IDPs in connection with the non-peaceful events in the Eastern Ukraine. Centre is an information platform for joint efforts in order to promptly provide necessary assistance to the needy”,– began his speech Vladislav Shelokov.

Further for the guests were organized unusual format of the meeting, which allowed everyone to become an active participant in the development of the large-scale social project of psychological and material assistance for those who most need it.

During the BlagoLunch the present experts not only discussed theory of introduction of a powerful socially useful promo event, but also were able to work out the real mechanisms for its implementation.

The regular meeting of the BlagoLunch project ended with words of gratitude from the distinguished guests for an interesting and productive work.  And organizers of the event staid confident that the Assistance CentreLove and Mercy will be actively developed throughout the country in the nearest future.
