Cherkassky Chorus Won the Competition in Prague

In November 2013 the 27 Anniversary International Choral Festival PragaCantat 2013 has finished in Prague. During the competition talented Ukrainian children had an opportunity to demonstrate the beauty and sophistication of the national culture to the competent jury by performing the Ukrainian songs. The Konstantin Kondakov International Charity Foundation has supported the participation of local artists in the international competition. Children has spent a few days in the old European city not only strengthening Ukrainian vocal authority, but also were engaged in a wonderful educational program.

Each member of the choir have got pleasant impressions from the capital of the Czech Republic, and shared them with family and friends after arrival.

It should be noted that the talent and high level of performing by the Cherkassky chorus were adequately marked by the jury of the international competition. Thus, Cherkassky chorus  has won in the category «F» (folk singing), ahead of colleagues from Italy, Georgia, Latvia, Poland and Indonesia.
