Drawing on Stones — an Idea for Creativity

Kids’ crafts always make parents proud. It is not a surprise, because every time children make their own little masterpieces with a pure heart. Painting on stones does not only help children to express their creativity, but also develops fine motor skills. In the framework of the Road to Life for Every Child program and Good Cause Every Day! the Konstantin Kondakov Charity Foundation invited all the children to dive into the wonderful world of creativity together with the My Umnichka development Centre. The workshop was held at the Happylon Ocean Park.

Children’s imagination knows no boundaries. Each child painted a stone in his or her own way; someone transformed grey stone into a bright ladybug, another one drew a little sun, the other made a beautiful flower ​​of stone.

Not only children, but also adults were delighted with the proposed family entertainment. Many parents took up the brush and painted by themselves to recollect how fun it was to draw in childhood!

Our family is very grateful to the Konstantin Kondakov Charity Foundation for the wonderful workshops! How amazing and interesting pebbles painting can be. It is so great to create a beautiful souvenir from simple pebbles, – shared with us a seven-years old Kolya grandma.

Indeed, from the simple at a first sight material, you can make amazing and most importantly the original stuff that will decorate your house, apartment, cottage.

Our Foundation plans to continue to organize similar lessons of creativity for children, because with love in our hearts we are building a new world!
