Flying in the Wind Tunnel
Flying in the wind tunnel gives everyone an opportunity to experience a free fall and give a lot of unforgettable emotions. An air flow is created in a wind tunnel by large screws and has a speed of 200 km/h, which allows keeping a human body in the air.
Flying in an aerodynamic tunnel can be compared with a parachute jump, but the first one is entertaining and perfectly safe. Even children may feel a free fall, because of its simplicity.
As a part of the Good Cause Every Day! promo event of the Konstantin Kondakov Charity Foundation the children from multi-child Danyuk and Misyura families got a boost of energy and drive while flying in an wind tunnel. For the girls and boys the experience of flying in the wind tunnel became very interesting and remarkable. Before turning-on the attraction the instructor told everyone about the technique of soaring in the air stream and held a small training on the ground. Everyone was given safety overalls, goggles and helmets. Throughout the flight the instructor was in the tunnel together with each child helping to control the movements and stay in the air stream.
I was not afraid, thanks to the instructor! I realized what feel paratroopers during a jump and got an unforgettable experience of a lifetime, – Kate Misura shared with us.
The representatives of the Konstantin Kondakov Charity Foundation believe that after such a burst of emotions the guys will be inspired and confident in their abilities. For this with love in our hearts we are building a new world!
