The GMC-2014. First Results

There are the results of the 1st stage of the 1st round of the Global Management Challenge world famous competition in Strategic Management. It can be found at the GMC web-site. We remind you that in the 1 and 2 rounds of the business simulation are involved all registered teams. By the draw method all the teams were divided into groups (6 teams in the group), thus they form a competitive market. Each team is a virtual Board of Directors of their company; the role of every member of the team is distributed by the participants.

The task of every team is to develop a long-term strategy of their virtual company and get the maximum value of the share.

It should be noted that in the new version of the GMC simulator there are reflected new opportunities for decision-making, new factors affecting the market, new criterion for determining the winner – the investment attractiveness of the company, additional options for decision-making, etc. In the final will get teams with the highest score value of the shares according to the results 2x tours.

Now the NAUKMA managers and KMAs teams, which are promoted by the Konstantin Kondakov International Charity Foundation, efficiently works on new challenges. We wish the boys and girls rich success and get excellent results!
