Ukrainian Students Are for Peace!

We gladly support innovative and educational projects with a large-scale positive effect. As a part of the Development of Science and Technologyprogram the foundation helped four talanted Ukrainian students to take part in an international training conference –Youth for Peace (IYMM) in Morocco. The Lesia Ukrainka Western European National University was presented by Tamara Baschuk and Lydia Kozhevnikova, Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Ukraine – Alina Opanasenko, Zaporizhzhya National University – Yaroslav Polyakov .

200 participants from around the world for ten days learned the intricacies of international youth dialogue, negotiations at the highest level and how to resolve conflicts peacefully working with the media. For many of the students and teachers it was the first time when they had the unique opportunity of international communication and experience exchange. After the conference, participants will preserve friendly relations and will help policy makers to solve complex issues of international scope.

We congratulate our young Ukrainian delegates and wish them in the near future to take their rightful place on the international political scene.
