Приглашаем всех желающих повысить свою  компетентность в социлаьной сфере и реализовать свою социальную инициативу. Социокультурная, политическая, экономическая ситуации Украины характеризуются целым рядом негативных процессов. В таких условиях людей, желающих заниматься добровольческой деятельностью, становится все больше, но многие из них не знают с чего начать. Так только за две первые недели 2016 года в Международный благотворительный фонд «Хороших дел» обратилось 86 волонтеров, желающих пройти обучение. Добровольные помощники иногда подвергают опасности не только себя, но и людей, которым помогают. Закон Украины «О волонтерской деятельности», не направлен на развитие волонтерства и имеет много ограничений. Поэтому появляется необходимость создания Центра социальных инициатив, в который желающие работать в добровольческой сфере, могли бы обращаться за консультацией и обучением. Проект направлен на обучение начинающих и опытных волонтеров организации рациональной, безопасной добровольческой деятельности, разработке и реализации социальных программ по всей Украине. Цель проекта: популяризация волонтерского движения путем проведения комплексного обучения тренингов, направленных на повышение компетентности добровольных помощников и создание эффективных социальных проектов. Описание проекта: Проект осуществляется в несколько этапов 1 й этап «Регистрация и отбор» Люди, стремящиеся присоединиться к волонтерському движению Украины, которые изъявили желание пройти обучение, регистрируются по ссылке Среди всех зарегистрированых организаторы на конкурсной основе выбирают 20-25 человек . Предпочтения даются тем, кто уже имел опыт работы в ГО, Бф , БО, и реализации социальных проектов. Для иногородних регистрация на обучение продолжается до 30 апреля, Для всех живущих в Киеве и области регистрация открыта до 1 февраля. 2й этап «Реализация обучения» Обучение проходит для двух категорий добровольных помощников: Жители Киева и Киевской области (22февраля – 22 мая 2016 года) Участники повышают профкомпетентность по программе, рассчитанной на обучение в вечернее время, два раза в неделю на протяжении 10 недель. Каждый из участников получает задание - за один месяц реализовать собственный проект в выбранной им сфере. За волонтером закреплен супервизор, который консультирует и помогает в реализации проекта. Организаторы проводят мониторинг реализации проектов. После успешно выполненного проекта, участники получают соответственный сертификат Международного благотворительного фонда «Хороших дел». Обучение проводят специалисты Фонда и привлеченные тренеры, так же в рамках каждого модуля приглашаются эксперты, успешные люди в данных сферах, менторы и т.д. Жители всех областей Украины (старт июнь 2016) Участники повышают профессиональную компетентность на выездной школе «Центра социальных инициатив». Продолжительность обучения 5 дней по 6 часов в день. Проживание и питание участников обеспечивают организаторы. В дальнейшем организаторы  рассматривают возможность поддержки проектов, выдачу мини-грантов  (5000 -7000 грн. как мотивация и  стартовая помощь в реализации социальной инициативы). ! Такая форма обучения возможна после получения Фондом финансирования на реализацию данного направления проекта, по этому мы рады будем любой помощи. После завершения обучения сотрудничество с участниками проекта продолжается путем:

• планирования вместе с сотрудниками фонда мероприятий по актуальным вопросам;
• освещения своих проектов в СМИ от имени Центра социальных инициатив (предварительно согласовав с Фондом);
• выстулений в мероприятиях в качестве представителя фонда;
• приобрестения опыта участия в международных проектах.

The winner will receive 5,000 UAH for the implementation of his or her social initiatives!

One of the areas of volunteer activities is the creation of social advertising. After using it, we have a great opportunity to reach out to people and draw their attention to the problems of society, which require decisions and changes.

As part of the Center for Social Initiatives educational program "School of social advertising" actively functioning on the evening school number 3 in the city of Kiev, where training is provided free of charge to everyone.

Children create ideas of ​​social advertising and try to put it into practice, using the resources that are available. Maybe in the future we will see you one of these commercials on television, as a fuse and youth creativity knows no bounds!

Recently in the Cherkassy secondary school of the I-III stages №8 was organized an amazing holiday – Day of Health. Administration of the institution gladly responded to the proposal of the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation to hold activities that will bring many students unforgettable moments.

Program of the event was divided into two areas. The first one was held in the form of game-travel to the land of health for primary school students. Children visited various stations where collected puzzles, answered quiz questions, solved interesting tasks, showed their agility and speed in gaming contests.

High school students had the opportunity to become contestants in the fun game  called "Interns", during which they were familiar with the medical professions and learnt the secrets of the health and longevity.

At the end of the holiday, all students participated in the "1000000 of Smiles" quest.

On September 27  in the capital’s Mariinsky park the Kyiv City Center of Social Services for Family, Children and Youth, together with the National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine organized citywide traditional socio-cultural event "Yun of Kyiv invites to the country of peace and wellnes". The Good Deeds ICF became a partner of event. More than 3,000 young people plunged into the world of exciting social, legal, sports games and competitions. Most of the young guests had the opportunity to take part in charity workshops, concert, children's art, learn about the activities of NGOs, institutions for social purposes, and more. In its turn, the Foundation prepared bright  and useful gifts for the winners of the competition. Many pleasant surprises waited for the visitors in front of the stand of the Good Deeds ICF on the Philanthropists’ alley. In addition, volunteers of the Centre of Social Initiatives helped "1000000 smiles" project to come close to the Record of Ukraine - they collected sincere smiles of park visitors and activities participants. The "Yun of Kyiv" holiday was held in the beautiful atmosphere of joy, positive, support, which gave an hours of pleasant and useful communication to thousands of boys and girls. For this results, with love in our hearts we are building a new world!  

Active young people, positive emotions, happy smiles, good humor – all this is a Barvy Oseni 2014 photo quest, which was held recently in Bila Tserkva.

Traditional creative event for youth was organized for the fourth year running, and coincided with celebration of the Town Day. The current quest was devoted to peace and positive emotions of participants.

So a highlight, which organizers prepared jointly with the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place, became an additional task for the participants:

To make and collect smiling photos for the most positive project of Ukraine 1000000 of Smiles!

The main objective of the event was to study cultural heritage of Bila Tserkva, to increase interest in photography, as well as team building and leadership development of the participants. By the way, the Barvy Oseni event brought together 11 teams, that is totally more than a hundred members!

Three winning teams of the cognitive quest got valuable prizes from the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation, the others got consolation prizes. You can find the results of the photoshoot, as well as information how to join the 1000000 of Smiles all-Ukrainian project here.

For the all-round development of young people with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

On August 26 within the framework of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place, was held training for seventy volunteers of Kiev region among members of school government in Volodarka township.

Lesson on Organization of social initiatives theme lasted three hours; during this time the participants got an excellent opportunity for development of managerial skills, as well as got necessary knowledge and skills.

On example of the 7 Steps to Creating a Social Initiative booklet pupils learned how to create and organize social events, as well as new about ways of implementation their socially useful ideas.

On May 22 on the territory of Kiev Cooperative Institute of Business and Law was organized a training for volunteers of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place by the Good Deeds ICF. The meeting with philanthropists attended nearly forty boys and girls, who wanted to know how to create and implement social initiatives within the Foundation's programs.

For 4 hours of training all the guests learned a lot about the work of volunteers and made 7 steps to create a successful social initiative.

As the result the volunteers became prepared to further individual and group work during the implementation of social initiatives.

For this with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

The team of the Good Deeds ICF do not forget about kids who live in family-type orphanages. Recently, we have supported and helped to implement a social initiative of Eugenia Semenets, a volunteer of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place. The girl proposed to organize a creative workshop for disadvantaged children on making of decorative plates in the decoupage technique. Everyone who attended the creative lesson spent time with benefits in a friendly atmosphere. The kids were able to develop their creative abilities, fully immersed into an interesting work. At the end of the workshop, each child took home a beautiful handmade plate. The team of the Foundation always supports useful and positive initiatives, because with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

On May 19, 2014 at the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place by the Good Deeds ICF opened a school of volunteers. All interested persons between 16 and 35 years are able to attend its lessons. The training program is designed to form a team of voluntary helpers to implement social projects of the Good Deeds ICF, and to support social initiatives of young people, as well, as form the habit of charity. For those wishing to learn how to create and implement social initiatives will be organized 7 training sessions, which will include both theoretical and practical issues. Topics of the trainings:

• History and Present Issues of Volunteer Activities, Charity;
• Areas of Activity of Voluntary Assistant in the Good Deeds ICF;
• Communication Technologies in Work of Voluntary Helper with Children, Youth and Families;
• Conflict and Ways to Overcome It;
• Preparation of Voluntary Assistant to the Organization and Implementation of Social Initiatives;
• Development of Leadership Qualities;
• Organization of Social Initiatives including the Psychological Characteristics of the Age.

On May 15, 2014 in Lipovets, Vinnitsa region, was organized the grand celebration of the International Family Day. The event for the best families of Vinnica region became a social initiative of O.V. Pavljuk, a voluntary assistant of the Making the World a Better Place Centre, and was supported by the Good Deeds ICF. To a family holiday were invited 27 best families of the 27 local communities of the district. For the guests were organized entertainments for every taste:

• book exhibition Family is the Key to Happiness!
• concert program Family Talent (every family prepared a creative turn),
• contests: My Dad is the Most Dexterous; Song Contest for Moms; children's poetry contest My Family.

At the end of the event were awarded the winners of the contest The Best Family of the Region. That day every family shared its talents in warm atmosphere. For such results with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

Recently volunteers of the Centre of social initiatives Making the World a Better Place congratulated with the Victory Day all those who directly relates to this joyous and at the same time sad holiday. As a part of the festive event, which lasted three days, volunteers of the volunteer Centre of the Good Deeds ICF gave flowers and cards to veterans of Kiev, Brovary, Obukhov and Bila Tserkva. Also for the elderly people was organized a concert, that took place in Kiev Cooperative Institute of Business and Law. We wanted to sincerely congratulate veterans and families of victims of the World War II, wanted to show our heroes that modern generation remembers and honors them. To the grandparents who fought for our right to live in a free country, we wished health and thanked for their heroic deeds – noticed the organizers of the social initiatives. For those results, with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

On April 17 in Kyiv Regional State Administration was held a meeting of representatives of the Good Deeds ICF with leaders of public organizations of the Kiev region. It was talked about the activities of the foundation and also was presented the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place. The participants knew about the selection criteria for social projects, as well as about the necessary steps to become a volunteer assistant. At the end of the meeting, mostly all leaders of non-governmental organizations of Kiev region expressed a desire for further cooperation and joint implementation of various socially useful projects under the auspices of the fund. Every day to the Centre of Social Initiatives of the Good Deeds ICF Making the World a Better Place join Ukrainians wishing to become volunteers and implement projects beneficial to the society. Recently, a seminar on How to organize work of volunteers? topic was held in Melitopol. Representatives of school and student government, as well as social workers attended the meeting. Participants studied various aspects of the Centre’s work, mastered techniques of social projects organization and interaction with audience. Under the supervision of a representative of the foundation were held themed contests, allowing guests to understand how to create interesting initiatives. As a result, it was invented more than 15 socially beneficial projects that can be implemented in Melitopol. At the end of the workshop, participants were given a homework assignment - to write and submit 5 social initiatives within the Making the World a Better Place Centre of Social Initiatives. In the future these projects will be sure implemented. For those result with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

On April 4 in Cherkasy was held a presentation of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place by the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation. At a meeting with representative of the foundation was present a director of the Cherkasy centre of social services for family, children and youth Sklyarenko T. Professionals of the centre of social services and teachers of the Cherkasy National University named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky also visited the event. A lecturer presented the foundation and told everyone how to become a volunteer of the Centre. The participants were very interested in receiving current information on the topic and asked many questions: "How can I be trained at the Center?", "How to create social initiatives?" etc. At the end of the meeting, which was held in a friendly atmosphere, representatives of Cherkasy National University offered to conduct trainings of volunteers at their university, as well, as create social initiatives. Thus, in the future it is planned to conduct training of volunteers of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place in Cherkassy and constantly interact with the local social services. In late March, in Vinnica was held a presentation of the Centre of Social Initiatives Making the World a Better Place by the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation within the Special Aspects of Work with Families seminar. The purpose of the presentation was to acquaint local residents with the principles of volunteerism and invitation to participate in social projects of the foundation. More than 500 representatives of regional social services attended the event. To the guests were presented areas of work of the charity foundation, as well as the latest developments of the Kiev patrons and specifics of functioning of the Centre. A speaker acquainted the audience with the wide-ranging social promo events and activities that were performed during the year by the Foundation, also spoke about the significant opportunities offered to those who will join the Centre of Initiatives Making the World a Better Place. At the end of the presentation, speaker put forward a proposal to initiate the work of volunteer groups in the cities of the region; the audience willingly supported this idea. Thus, the team of the Good Deeds ICF made the first important step to promote volunteer activity in the Vinnitsa region. We hope that to good deeds every day will join more and more indifferent Ukrainians! For such results with love in our hearts we are building a new world!

We continue to tell Ukrainians about the Centre of Social Initiatives of the Good Deeds ICF Making the World a Better Place.  Recently, on the basis of the capital evening school number 3, a representative of the foundation held a training workshop for teachers on the Organization of volunteers work within the Centre of Social Initiatives program. At the meeting with the teaching staff of the school were discussed following questions:

• From myself – to society – work on yourself;
• What good can I do for society;
• How to combine work at school with volunteer assistance; ideas of social initiatives of teachers;
• What usage can bring collaboration with the Centre of Social Initiatives to the educational process;
• Cooperation with the Centre of Social Initiatives, etc.

The above topics were very relevant to the representatives of the teaching staff of the school. The teachers attentively listened to the speaker of the foundation and with interest participated in competitive tasks of training. At the end of the seminar the parties agreed on cooperation. Recently in Bila Tserkva was held a workshop for teaching staff of secondary schools and representatives of student government on "Informative and methodological support of the student government" topic. Significant event for schools of Kiev region gathered the best teachers, head teachers, principals and students to discuss the methodology of developing and delivering of promising projects. A representative of the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation Vladislav Shelokov was invited as a honorary speaker at the seminar. He introduced all people with the spheres of activity of a charitable organization and said about the most promising and relevant projects. The speaker focused attention of the representatives of student government that the Foundation supports talented young people and projects that help to change people's lives for the better. In addition, to guests of the seminar was presented the newly opened Centre of Social Initiatives Making the world a better place. For our foundation is very important to attract more people indifferent to the implementation of social projects. We are confident that there are a lot of like-minded people, together we are able to implement many positive initiatives. We invite you to join the Centre and ensure that it is easy to do good deeds, – said Vladislav Shelokov. At the end of the seminar, specialists of the regional department of education and science in detail told the audience how to execute their projects properly for submission to various institutions, as well as shared their vision of the priority themes to be displayed in the student projects.

Those who constantly monitor our activities know that the Good Deeds International Charity Foundation develops rapidly. Only in 2013 year our team organized more than 500 socially useful activities, including 300 mini-projects, 30 large-scale events and supported more than 80 partner events, etc. With the purpose to find more new friends and like-minded people for the realization of creative, sometimes crazy ideas, the Good Deeds ICF announces the opening of the Centre of Social Initiatives “Making the world a better place”!
