On November 9-10 at the Ukraine University the AIESEC together with partners held the Fourth Summit of the youth organizations of Ukraine. The powerful two-day event for leaders of local LEAs was supported by the Konstantin Kondakov Charity Foundation.
The idea of this Summit was proposed two years ago by the leaders of the three active youth organizations in Ukraine – AIESEC, JCI and the European Youth Parliament. For the first time the leaders of the 20 largest and most active youth organizations have come together in Ukraine to develop a common vision of their activities and identify areas of progress in the context of the development of our country. The fourth summit had an educational-motivational format, because during the time of the meeting each participant was able to find answers to the question: “What is Ukraine today?”, “How do I see my country?”, “What skills and knowledge do I need in order to be a modern leader?”, “What should I do?”, “How can I interact with government, business and other young people?”, “What am I going to do after the Summit to show responsibility to the society which I am the part of?” and many others.
The representative of the Konstantin Kondakov International Charity Foundation Vladislav Shelokov having the opportunity to speak to the participants of the event told them about the programs of the charitable organization, about the spectrum of potential projects that are ready to be financed by the foundation. For those who want to try their hand at implementing a start-up the IDeystvuy! grant was presented, which will support the already-running project or a social perspective, forward-looking ideas that can change our lives for the better.
More information about the IDeystvuy! grant can be found on our website after its official announcement in the near future!
